Send us a client who needs management. We take care of their property. When they are ready to sell, we send them back to you. $500 per referral. Listing commission stays yours.

We manage
We handle the property from tenant placement to maintenance to monthly reporting. Your client is taken care of. You stay in the loop without doing the work.
They come back to you
When your client decides to sell, we refer them back to you for the listing. The relationship stays intact. The commission stays yours.
